Join AARCH on the 121-acre campus of the Adirondack Experience: The Museum on Blue Mountain Lake for an engaging workshop exploring the basics of plumbing. Using a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on learning, participants will gain the basic skills to tackle common plumbing issues.
Discussion will focus on fundamentals of plumbing functionality, basic maintenance tips, and identifying when plumbing projects are DIY-friendly or require a professional. Participants will have the opportunity to explore solutions to common plumbing problems throughout the workshop.
Our instructor, PJ Pruess, the Adirondack Experience’s Facilities Manager, has over 20 years of experience in restoring and maintaining historic buildings.
The fee is $75 for AARCH and ADKX members and $90 for non-members. Lunch and a free one-day pass to the museum will be provided by ADKX.
