Registration FAQs

  • Registration will open in early 2026
  • Last day to register for full on campus, off campus, guest, and day-by-day registration is May 8, 2026
  • Last day to register for virtual registration is June 10, 2026 (no guarantee of t-shirt or tote purchases for virtual registrations after May 8, 2026)
  • Last day to cancel and receive a full refund for full on campus, full off campus, guest, and day-by-day registration is May 15, 2026
  • Full on campus registration includes a private bedroom (unless requesting to share), meals, and all activities and sessions from 1:00 PM Tuesday through 11:00 AM Sunday.  We will be in a student dormitory of either 2- or 4-person suites with private bedrooms, a shared bathroom for every two persons, and a common full kitchen and living room. A full linen & towel package will be provided: pillow, pillowcase, flat and fitted sheet, light blanket, bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth.
  • On campus guest registration includes a shared bedroom and all meals (including reception and awards dinner), but no activities such as sessions or cemetery tours.
  • Full off campus registration includes all meals, activities, and sessions from 1:00 PM Tuesday through 11:00 AM Sunday.
  • Don’t forget to order your t-shirt and tote. Each year the conference apparel becomes an instant classic. We encourage participants to wear their conference T-shirts throughout the week! The totes are handy too.
  • Have some gently used books of interest to other AGSers? Have you picked up some fun items during the year? We welcome donations for the silent auction – bring them to the registration desk when you check in.
  • Day-by-day registration includes all meals and activities for that particular day (but not the Preservation Workshop on Friday)
  • Preservation Workshop Only registration is for non-regular conference attendees who would like to participate in this 1 ½ day workshop. Spots will be limited and a waitlist put in place. The Preservation Workshop location is TBD.
  • Virtual Registration is for those who cannot attend in person. This includes regular paper sessions on Thursday and Friday
