Brick, Earth, Stone, and Timber (BEST) Preservation Workshops with the National Park Service
Location: Saguaro National Park
Dates: March 3 – 6, 2025

 

Description:

Are you interested in passing on your trades skills or specialized knowledge but haven’t had the
opportunity to hone your teaching skills? During this interactive workshop, participants will take a
closer look at their own teaching toolbox to reconsider what’s working and what’s not. Participants
will gain new insights and usable tools to teach so their crew/students/mentees learn better. This
workshop is open and relevant to collateral-duty instructors, supervisors, mentors, crew leaders and/
or training coordinators. No prior teaching experience needed.
