Hayes Window Restoration is the Twin Cities’ leading window restoration company. We tailor each project to balance the maintenance needs of historic windows with the priorities and budgets of our clients. We are currently hiring 2-3 Field Techs to join our team performing residential window sash restoration and repair work. A Field Tech on our field crew is someone who will execute repair, restoration, and weatherstripping installation at residential job sites and in our shop as part of a small team. This position has growth potential, including leadership opportunities for the right individual. Most of the work is local to the Twin Cities, though occasional regional travel may be requested.

Position type:  Monday through Thursday 7:30-4:30. One Friday per month (typically 8am-noon) is for staff meetings and professional development, workshops, or community-oriented projects. This is a full-time, year-round position. 36-40 hours/week. $18-$26/hour depending on experience.
