This popular program provides detailed information about the historic house types, architectural styles and neighborhoods of New Orleans, as well as best practices in historic renovation, rehabilitation tax incentives and historic house research. This program will earn four continuing-education credits for Realtors from the LA Real Estate Commission, as well as certification as a PRC-approved Historic House Specialist.

PRC will follow all city, state and federal COVID-19 regulations. Attendance will be restricted, all attendees must provide proof of vaccination or negative PCR test within 72 hours of the event. Masks are encouraged. $95 ($85 for PRC members). Space limited, advance registration required.
