This weekend workshop introduces the interested but inexperienced woodworker to woodshop equipment and hand tools. The safe, effective, and efficient use of the table saw, jointer, router, planer, drill press, and band saw will be covered through demonstration and building a hands-on project students will take home, a Shaker-style bench made of solid pine.

This course is open to any member of the LGBTQ+ community. Learn more about our courses for affinity groups.
